About Us

Argent Realty Group was founded by Jarvis and LeNette Thibodeaux, who currently reside in Houston, Tx. They own multi-family property, and are looking to expand their portfolio through apartment syndication. Together, they have  4 generations of real estate investing and property management experience. They both love to travel, play sports, and enjoy new experiences. 

Our focus is in raising capital and identifying multi-family properties that will add value to our investors. Our criteria includes B/C class apartment complexes with value-add opportunities that are 80+ units. We look for properties located in regions with population and job growth, an affordable cost of living, and diversity in their employment industries. 

We believe that every individual is capable of achieving generational wealth, and that one of the best ways to build this wealth is within multi-family real estate. We look to serve others not only in finding deals that will benefit them financially, but also in building a community that grows and learns together.
